Location
Kingdom of Thailand is located in Southeast Asia. It is bordered to the north and north-east by the Democratic People's Republic of Laos, to the north and north- south by the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (formerly Burma), to the south-west by Andaman Sea, and to the south-east by the Kingdom of Cambodia. Its south part overlooks on the Gulf of Thailand, It is boarded from the far south by Malaysia.

Bangkok

Climate
Tropical hot rainy and relatively humid. The temperature ranges between 20° to 35°. The southwest monsoon starts from May to October and causes rain fall. The northeast monsoon starts from November to March whereas the weather is hot and humid.
Official language
the official language is Thai. It has special alphabets used widely in all state facilities. English is also used as a second language in the official state offices.

Geography
The Kingdom of Thailand has many of different same terrain where the administrative divisions are divided according to them. The mountainous terrain are spread in the northern areas as they include the highest point being Doi Inthanon at 2,576 metres. In addition, the hill of Khorat which is located in the north- east bordered to the east by the Mekong River, Chao Phraya river valley which runs into the Gulf of Thailand. As well, there is the narrow Kra Isthmus in the south of Thailand and widens into the Malay Peninsula.
