Issuing Laisse-Passer
- Lost record to be brought (from the competent Thai Police Station) and the Embassy will translate it into Arabic.
- A copy of the lost passport (if any), or a copy of the ID card, and (2) 3.5 x 4.5 cm photographs.
- Filling the specified form at the reception of the Embassy (Annex 4(
- Laisse-Passer fees: THB 600 (six hundred Baht) in cash.
Passport Renewal
- The original expired passport and passport replacement form (Annex 5) filled and signed (with the fingerprint of the passport holder).
- (2) 3.8 x 4.8 cm photographs.
- Passport reissuance fees: QAR 100 (one hundred Qatari riyals) in cash.
- Lost Passport Fees QAR 3,000 (Three Thousand Qatari Riyals) In cash.
Power of Attorne
- Embassy approves the power of attorney form issued by it and does not approve any other form previously prepared. This purpose specified form must be filled in the Embassy (Annex 6). It is required also the presence of the Principal by himself in front of the consular officer.
- A copy of the Principal's ID card is required.
- Fees: THB 1.200 (One Thousand two hundred Baht) to be paid in cash.
To Whom it may Concern Certificate
- The applicant must attend to the Embassy and fill the form of "Request to issue Whom it may Concern Certificate" (Annex 7).

Ratifications
Before submitting any documents to be ratified by the Embassy, it is required to check first the following:
- If the document is issued from State of Qatar: it must be certified by the Qatari Foreign Ministry to be ratified by the Embassy.
- If the document is issued from the Kingdom of Thailand: it must be certified by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- If the document is issued from one of the countries that fall within the scope of the diplomatic representation of the Embassy (non-resident) which are: the Kingdom of Cambodia - the People's Republic of Laos Democracy - Republic of the Union of Myanmar: it must be certified by the foreign ministries of those countries.
- It must be certified from the Qatari Foreign Minister (Foreign Ministries or Embassies of the above mentioned countries).

- As per the medical documents belong to the Qatari citizens, they are ratified by the Qatari Medical Office in Bangkok and the Embassy.
Body Deportation
- In case of death: please contact the Embassy promptly. The Embassy sends its agent to follow the speed of completing the required procedures to deport the body to the State of Qatar (at the State expense) as soon as possible.

Visas
All nationals of countries other than mentioned below, must get prior entry visas to enter kingdom of Thailand, noting that they cannot get the entry visas upon arriving the Thai airports and ports according to laws and regulations applied in the country.

As for the visas system applied in the Kingdom of Thailand, it is as follows:
- State of Qatar: is one of the countries that are exempted from submitting prior entry visa for Kingdom of Thailand. Anyone holds Qatari passports (diplomatic / official / regular) can obtain an entry visa as follows:
- Upon arrival to Bangkok Airport (valid for 30 days)
- Upon arrival to border crossing points (valid for 15 days)
- Obtaining a prior entry visa from the Embassy of Kingdom of Thailand in Doha (renewable for a maximum of 90 days)
- Patients and the relatives accompany them (first degree relatives) and another one companion: the validity of their visas can be extended according to the treatment requirements.
- The regular passport holders of the nationalities set out below: they are not required to get a prior entry visa for Kingdom of Thailand, where they are granted a 30 days visa if they arrive through the international airports only, and a 15 days visa if they enter through the border crossing points:
